Episode 33 | Exploring Thought Records

# EPISODE 33| SHOW NOTES

In this episode, I’m talking you through how to do a thought record, a key tool in CBT for helping people to alter unhelpful thinking.

Thought records are a great tool to help you to evaluate your thinking style, thoughts and examine their effects on how you feel and what you do.

In this episode, I explain how and why thought records work. Starting at 8 minutes, I talk you through creating a thought record, giving a detailed example to help you make your own.
