Episode 36 | Managing Uncertainty

Uncertainty

# EPISODE 36| SHOW NOTES

In this episode, I’m talking all about Uncertainty …..

Do you find it hard to cope with uncertainty? Do you find yourself planning for every eventuality and assessing every risk? Join me to find out why uncertainty can be a problem for many people and how to learn to manage it well.

Following on from my episode last month about worry, this month we tackle uncertainty.

In this episode, I talk about why some people struggle to manage uncertainty, how this can become a problem, and some ways you can overcome it.

At around 10.30 minutes I talk about the unhelpful strategies you may have learnt to manage uncertainty, and then at around 15 minutes, I suggest some new practices to adopt.
