Sarah is very patient, a good listener and gives useful and practical suggestions.
Sarah is a great listener and a calming empathetic influence. Given the nature of the situation she was able to rapidly adjust her communication style to meet the needs of the session (despite the tone being somewhat unpredictable). I would recommend Sarah without hesitation (and have done to a work colleague already).
