It was a big change to start with – coming to terms with having anxiety and CBT had been recommended but I wasn’t sure how it worked. Once I accepted my situation the advice Sarah gave was excellent and after I tried the exposure therapy I gained in confidence that this works and that I would get better. I have also found the mindfulness meditation very good and something I will carry on in my life. Panic and anxiety are hard things to overcome but doing the therapy has been a very big help and a big thank you to Sarah with her help.
