Sarah is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and has a very caring and professional manner. It makes the world of difference to think that someone is really listening to you when attempting to talk about very difficult topics.  She is thoughtful and considerate with each piece of advice she provides and makes you feel completely at ease.   • I provide face-to-face therapy and online appointments. Each session lasts for 1 hour and is £110. If you have an enquiry or would like to book a session, please fill in the contact form below detailing the days and times when you would like your session - I will then be in touch with you shortly. I work Tuesday afternoon online and 9-6 pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the clinic, where I can see you face to-face or on zoom.
